"Have multiple properties and the only 2 claims I have made have been a nightmare. Weeks for them to respond (even to a water claim!), field agents impossible to get ahold of, understaffed, and will do anything they can to DENY a claim. They are taught to do this. They forced me to go to arbitration on a roof claim, which I ended up winning, but cost me an additional $2k. They deny claims in hopes that people won’t take the time and money to do this. They are NOT a good neighbor and do NOT have the integrity needed in this line of work."
