"Very bad experience after being a customer of 50 plus years. Becky did not advocate for us at all. This is what State Farm expects us to live with after storm damage. Sounds like this is the new State Farm nationwide . Gotta pay Jake and Patrick instead."

"Had to get my collector car insured, which is a different process than a regular daily driver policy. A member of Becky’s team walked me through the process to capture the photos and paperwork needed to get the application submitted. "Have multiple properties and the only 2 claims I have made have been a nightmare. Weeks for them to respond (even to a water claim!), field agents impossible to get ahold of, understaffed, and will do anything they can to DENY a claim. They are taught to do this. They forced me to go to arbitration on a roof claim, which I ended up winning, but cost me an additional $2k. They deny claims in hopes that people won’t take the time and money to do this. They are NOT a good neighbor and do NOT have the integrity needed in this line of work."
